YOUR MISSION

As a member of the marketing and communication department at Ewon (a business unit of HMS Networks), you articulate customer's insights and review persona based on research and insights provided by different internal stakeholders (mainly product experts).


YOUR IMPACT : ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES As customer value proposition specialist, you leverage the resources of the different specialists of our marketing & communication department.
  • Value Proposition Development: you craft and refine the value proposition of the product or service, highlighting its unique features, benefits, and advantages. This involves, in close link with the Product Managers, understanding customer needs, pain points, and desires and translating them into clear and resonant messaging.
  • Message Crafting: you create persuasive and impactful messaging that communicates the product's benefits and advantages clearly. This includes developing both written and visual content, such as taglines, slogans, and visual representations.
  • Marketing Collateral: you develop marketing materials, presentations, and content that effectively communicate the value proposition to internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Marketing in a box: you propose, deliver and optimize turnkey marketing campaigns including digital journeys to support sales activities and to be activated by our different market units and distributors so that they can approach the B2B market. You create templates and tools to structure information and data for project documentation.
  • Testing and Optimization: you continuously test and refine the value proposition by analyzing customer responses, engagement metrics, and conversion rates. You use this data to make informed adjustments to the messaging and strategy.
  • Training and Education: you support sales teams, customer support representatives, and other relevant personnel on the value proposition to ensure consistent and accurate messaging in customer interactions. You develop and maintain up-to-date sales presentations to help our market units promoting and selling our products and solutions to prospects and – on demand – you accompany our sales to leverage the sales pitch you created.
  • Measurement and Reporting: you establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the value proposition strategy. You regularly report on metrics related to customer engagement, conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Collaboration: you work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing communication, to ensure alignment on the value proposition and its consistent presentation across all touchpoints. You coordinate with our five market units (sales & marketing) located abroad to roll-out the go-to-market strategy and project plan.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • You have 5 years' experience in marketing and communication or business development;
  • You can manage project, planning and program management of company-wide and cross-departmental projects in a global environment;
  • You can manage marketing campaigns development and coordination;
  • You can analyze and optimize KPI's results;
  • You have a strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English;
  • You have analytical, creative and innovative approach to solving problems;
  • You are well organized, creative, meticulous and detailed oriented;
  • You have good sales process understanding in a B2B environment.
